The Amity range of Socially Responsible Investment funds

Investment policy

All the Amity Funds seek to invest in a portfolio of companies which make a positive contribution to society and the environment through sustainable and socially responsible practices. They will seek to avoid investment in certain areas such as companies which have a material involvement in alcohol, tobacco and strategic armaments, gambling and publication of violent or pornographic materials.

The Amity UK Fund

This Fund aims to achieve long term capital growth and a reasonable level of income by investing principally in UK companies. Launched in 1988 (formally the Amity Fund) this was Ecclesiastical's first retail fund and one of the UK's original socially responsible retail funds. The Fund has been managed by Sue Round, Ecclesiastical's Head of Investments, since launch.

The Amity European Fund

The Amity International Fund

Long term capital growth with a reasonable level of income through a diverse range of international companies is the goal of this Fund.  The Fund offers the opportunity to invest in socially responsible screened investments on a global basis, allowing exposure to some of the more rapidly growing regions and the benefit of greater diversification.
