Our Buildings and Contents Insurance covers your household and personal belongings whilst they are in your home for up to £75,000 as standard. It also covers the buildings of your home including your garages and outbuildings for up to £750,000 as standard.

Additionally, our combined house and contents insurance provides insurance against a range of events such as fire, theft, subsidence, storm or flood and escape of water.

You can also add accidental damage cover to your combined policy or choose just to add it to contents or buildings cover.

Please note that if your home is left unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days, we exclude theft, vandalism and damage caused by escape of water.  In addition under buildings insurance we exclude storm or flood damage and breakage of glass or mirrors and under contents storm or flood damage, water freezing and breakage of glass and sanitary features.
