Making a claim

By reporting your claim immediately, we will be able to provide you with the best possible service. We have made the process of reporting a claim as simple as possible by removing the need to complete a paper-based claim form.

You can make your claim in any of the following ways:

Enquiries about existing claims can be made from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

If you have hearing difficulties, please call between 8am and 6pm when we’ll be able to help you. Or claim in any of the other ways we provide.
