Our investment team


Our award-winning team has over 20 years of experience in the socially responsible investment market. Sue Round joined us as an investment analyst back in 1984, and she is now Head of Investments. Senior Fund Manager Rob Hepworth has been with us since 1988. He now manages the Amity International Fund, and is AA rated by Citywire*.

    Ketan started his career at the Equity Derivatives Trading Desk at JP Morgan. From there he moved to Clerical Medical Asset Management (now Insight Investment) before joining us in 2003.
  • Neville White, Senior Invesment Analyst  

    Neville White, Socially Responsible Investment Analyst

    Neville joined us from CCLA Investment Management, where he was responsible for developing and managing global corporate governance proxy voting.  Prior to this he worked for the Church Commissioners, latterly as Secretary to the Church of England’s Ethical Investment Advisory Group.
