Our award-winning Fund Managers are fully supported by an in-house Socially Responsible Investment Team who carry out thematic and stock-specific research to identify new ethically responsible investment ideas. Headed up by our Senior Socially Responsible Investment Analysts Ketan Patel and Neville White, the team are also responsible for creating an on-going dialogue with companies.
This allows us to engage in discussion on a variety of ethical and socially responsible investment issues. For investors, it’s an added layer of assurance that their money is being invested in companies that are contributing to a safer, cleaner, better world.
Our published Amity Insight reports demonstrate our approach to different market sectors and industries. These include research into the cocoa industry, the emergence of China as a global power-house and whether oil can be an ethical investment.

External fund reviews, led by an expert advisory panel.
All our stock buying decisions, policies and processes are reviewed by an external panel of senior financial, business, church figures and members of the clergy. The Amity Panel have been reviewing and monitoring the operations of our funds for the last 20 years.
Panel members receive all Ecclesiastical’s Financial and Social Responsibility research reports for analysis. They also meet regularly with the Fund Managers and play a key role in ensuring we comply with our socially responsible criteria.
